Resolved By the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of American in
CONGRESS ASSEMBLED,
That in all cases of application for bounty land warrants under the act approved February
eleventh eighteen hundred and forty-seven, the honorable discharge of the applicant,
shewing that the same was predicated on a surgeons certificate of disability, shall
be considered as satisfactory evidence to the Commissioner of Pensions, that the disability
was incurred in the course of service.
