Resolved By the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in
CONGRESS ASSEMBLED,
That two brass field pieces, captured from the enemy at the battle of Bennington, in the State of Vermont, in seventeen hundred and seventy seven, now in the possession of the United States, be immediately well mounted, under the direction of the Secretary of War, and delivered to the Governor of the State of Vermont to be hereafter holden as the property of said State.
