Resolved By the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in
CONGRESS ASSEMBLED,
That the ten pieces of Ordnance captured by the Missouri Volunteers under Colonel Doniphan, in their brilliant expedition through the northern States of Mexico, now deposited at the Capitol of the State by permission of the Commanding General as trophies of their heroic achievements, be and the same are hereby forever relinquished to the State of Missouri.
