Resolved &c that all soldiers what ^non com officers musicians and privates^ who in pursuance to the order of of Genl Wool [sold?] the 7th of July last sold their horses previous to embarkation on their return to the U States for in order to be discharged, be allowed the [commendation?] and allowances provided to them in said order and that Secretary of war cause payment thereof to be made.
