Joint Resolution
Resolved, By the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled.
That the several Acts of Congress heretofore passed for the relief of Revolutionary Soldiers and their widows, be so construed, as to embrace teamsters and persons employed, for any period of time ^not less than five ^six^ months^ in the transportation of baggage and supplies for the Revolutionary Army, whether such teamsters, or person were so employed by enlistment, contract or otherwise, and that all the provisions of the said acts be extended to such teamsters, persons and their widows.
