Resolved By the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in
CONGRESS ASSEMBLED,
That the Secretary of State be, and he hereby is, authorized to cause to be annually
printed and distributed to the several states and territories two thousand copies
of the laws and resolutions of Congress, and the treaties published therewith; in
addition to the Eleven thousand copies thereof authorized to be printed and distributed
under the act of April twentieth eighteen hundred and eighteen, such additional number
being deemed necessary in consequence of the increase of states and Territories, and
of counties and other subdivisions in existing states, since the passage of the act
above referred to.
