Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America
in Congress assembled. That the Secretary of the Navy be directed to employ two or
more of the vessels of the Navy, in testing the occean tracks, recommended by Lieut. M. F. Maury, whenever it can be done without injury
to the public service.
