Resolvedby the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
THAT the Secretary of State be authorised and directed to deliver to the Solicitor of the Treasury four copies of the Statutes at large for the use of his Office, and to be kept and preserved therein as public property. and that the Solicitor be allowed the use of the Library of Congress subject to regulations of the joint committee on the Library.
