Sec[Section] 1^st Be it enacted by the people of the State of Illinois Represented in the General Assembly. That Samuel Snyder guardian for Philip Snyder and Willis Snyder infant heirs of Willis Snyder deceased, be and he is hereby authorised, to vest such portion of the monies of said infant heirs, that are in his hands over and above what shall be sufficient, to raise and educate them, in real estate the same to be purchased in such a manner as the said guardian may deem most condusive to the interest of the said infant heirs, and the deeds for the same to be taken in the names of the said infant heirs
