be it enacted by the people of the state of Illinois Represented in the general assembly that the County Commissioners Court of the different Counties in this state shall allow the sherriffs thereof Any sum not excedingDollars annually as An exoficio fee for serving the orders of the County Commissioners Court (towit) notices on supervisors of roads Judges of elections and advertising the same and summoning Juries for which no fees is allowed by the Act regulating the Salaries fees and Compensations of the several officers of this State
This act to take effect on the first day of march Next
