Be it enacted by the people of the State of Illinois represented in the General Assembly That the road leading from Paris in Edgar county by Smith Shaws[,] Hall Sim’s[,] Thomas Forsters and Martin Rays to the State line in a direction towards Terrehaute in Indiana as now travelled, be and the Same is hereby declared a State road
This act to take effect from and after its passage
