Sec.[Section] 1. Be it enacted by the people of the State of Illinois represented in the General assembly That Aurelia Hotchkiss of Edgar County be and she is hereby authorised and empowered to sell the west half of the South East quarter of Section 28 Township 13. N.[North] Range 13 W.[West] in the District of lands sold at Palestine, for the best price she can obtain, in her discretion to be determinedAnd the proceeds of said land when realized to invest in the purchase of any other tract or tracts as she may deem most advantageous: Or she may in her discretion exchange said tract of land before described, for any other tract or tracts of land, as she may think best

Sec 3 ^2.^ The said Aurelia Hotchkiss is hereby authorised and empowered to execute, seal, acknowledge and deliver to the purchaser Or person with whom she may exchange said land, a good & sufficient warranty deed in fee simple to said tract of land, which shall vest in said purchaser or person with whom she may exchange the same a good and sufficient title in fee simple

Sec 3 And said Aurelia Hotchkiss may take and hold from the person of whom she may purchase any tract of land as provided in this act, or with whom she may exchange the same, a good and sufficient warranty title in fee simple to herself and heirs by proper conveyance which shall vest in her the absolute title in fee simple to said Land
