Sec.[Section] 1^st Be it enacted by the people of the State of Illinois, represented in in the general assembly:

That the county Road now leading east from Danville, in the County of Virmillion, in this State, to the State line dividing Illinois from Indiana, at the point where the Road from Covington to Danville Strikes Said line, be and the same is hereby declared a State Road, and shall be kept in repair as other state roads.

This act to be in force from and after its passage.
