Sec[Section] 1 Be it enacted by the people of the state of Illinois represented in the General Assembly; That all deeds, grants, conveyances, and bonds, heretofore executed by the commissioners of any county in this state, without fraud or collusion, of and concerning real estate, owned by the counties of such commissioners, are hereby declared to be good and valid in law, and to operate as though such commissioners had been authorized to execute such deeds, grants, conveyances and bonds, at the time of the execution thereof.
Sec. 2 The county commissioners of the several counties in this state are hereby authorized to execute and deliver all deeds, grants, conveyances, and bonds which may become necessary, in the selling and transfering real estate belonging to their counties, and such deeds, grants, conveyances, and bonds, if made without fraud or collusion, shall be obligatory upon the counties to all intents and purposes.
This act shall take effect from its passage.
