An act to amend the act to incorporate the Rushville and Beardstown turnpike road company

Sec[Section] 1 Be it Enacted by the People of the state of Illinois represented in the General assembly that the said Company be authorized to construct such Road or roads as are mentioned in said act upon the most [convenient?] route from Rushville to the Illinois River at or near the town called Lagrange and for that purpose the said company are invested with all the powers privileges and immunities confered by the said act and that the time ^for^ completing such Road be Five years from the passage of this act provided however that nothing herein contained shall deprive the said company from constructing the Road contemplated by said act from Rushville to Beardstown
