Sec[Section] 1. Be it enacted by the people of the State of Illinois represented in the General Assembly
That it shall be the duty of the supervisors of the supervisors of the several Counties in this state to cause all the road tax in their respective districts which is discharged in labor
to be so discharged previous to the first day of November annually, (and the notices
which they are required to give according to the 24th Section of the act to which this is an amendment shall be to that effect;) any thing
in the act to which this is an amendment to the contrary notwithstanding
