Whereas it is represented to the General Assembly: That Robert B Murphy Late of Perry county departed this Life seized of an undivided third part of four fifths of a small tract
of Land situated in Smith County Tennessee, That in his Lifetime he contracted to sell the same to Frederick Uhls, and died without receiving the consideration money, or completing said sale, and
whereas it is believed to be to the interest of Mary, Sarah, and Samuel B. Murphy infant heirs of the said Robert B Murphy to whom the title to said Land has descinded, that said contract and sale should be completed. Therefore:
Be it enacted by the people of the State of Illinois Represented in the General Assembly: That William C. Murphy guardian of the said infant heirs Mary, Sarah, and Samuel B Murphy be and he is hereby authorized to convey all the title of the said infant heirs to
the said discribed Land upon the receipt of the said purchase money for the same as agreed by the said
Robt. B. Murphy in his Life time.
