Sec.[Section] 1.st Be it enacted by the people of the State of Illinois Represented in the General Assembly, That a certified copy of the original bond of any Sheriff or coroner under the hand and Seal of the clerk of the circuit court for the proper county shall be received as Sufficient evidence in all cases when under the Law to which this is a Suppliment it may be necessary to produce the original bond or a certified copy thereof under the hand and Seal of the clerk of the county commissioners court.2
This act to be in force from and after its passage.
