Sec[Section] 1. Be it enacted by the people of the State of Illinois, Represented in the General Assembly.
That all process, of whatever kind or description, issued by any clerk of the Circuit Court in the 3rd Judicial Circuit since the resignation of the Hon Jephthah Hardin Judge thereof, or which may hereafter be issued in the same bearing test in the name of said Judge, or of any such clerk, or of any other person, or officer, shall be, and the same is hereby declared, to be good and valid in law, in respect to such test; and no such process shall be quashed, set aside, or held to be null and void for any such cause.
