Sec.[Section] 1. Be it enacted by the people of the State of Illinois Represented in the General Assembly
That the name of the Town of Liberty in the County of Tazewell be, and the same is hereby changed to the name of Dillon and by that it shall hereafter be called and known
This act to take effect and be in force from and after its passage
