Sec[Section] 1. Be it enacted by the people of the State of Illinois Represented in the General Assembly
That as much of the act regulating Taverns Approved February 14th 1833 as makes the Selling of cider in any quantity less than two Gallons finable be, and the same is hereby repealed, and all persons being Citizens of this State are hereby authorised to sell any quantity of cider ^and beer^ that they may think proper
Sec. 2. This act to take effect and be in force from and after its passage
