An act to Authorize Johnathan Harmeson to convey Real Estate

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois represented in the General Assembly,

That Johnathan Harmeson (minor), be, and is here authorized ^ authorized ^ to sell, and convey all or whatever interest ^ interest ^ or property he now has or may have in the Town seite of Independence In Moors ^Vites^ prairie in Hamilton County Illinois, or in the tract of land upon which said Town is or has been laid out, being his rightful property. And that the said Johnathan Har^mison^ be, and he is hereby authorized to make[,] execute, and deliver good and valid titles in law for all, or a part, or whatever right claim or interest he now has or may acquire in said tract of land or in the Town seite therein, to any and all persons to whom he has ^sold^ or may sell the same. and that all titles and deeds of conveyance that he may or shall make under and by virtue of this act whether to ^for^ the whole of said tract of land, or for the Town lots thereon in the said Town of Independence shall be good against himself and all others claiming under him except to prose

as against him, her, or them, who are or shall be the bargainers or venders of said tract of land and town lots. Provided allways that all sales and ^ and conveyances ^ conveyances of the said property by the said Johnathan Harmeson (minor) shall be as valid and as binding upon him as if he were of full and lawful age.
