Whereas John Pearson was appointed Administrator on the Estate of Francis Prince deceased by the Judge of Probate of Vermilion County, and for want of time the said the said Estate remains unsettled. And whereas the said John Pearson has by the Present General assembly been Elected Judge of the Seventh Judicial Circuit Therefore
Sec[Section] 1. Be it enacted by the people of the state of Illinois Represented in the General Assembly That the said Judge of Probate of Vermilion County be authorized and required to appoint another Administrator on said Estate in the room and stead of the said John Pearson who shall not be required further to act as Administrator on said estate
Sec 2. The said Judge of Probate shall settle with the said John Pearson Administrator as aforesaid, And so soon, as the said John Pearson shall settle with, and pay over to the said Judge of Probate all the money and effects in his hands, to the satisfaction of the said Judge of Probate, he shall give to said Pearson Administrator a receipt, to be filed and Preserved in the his office Provided that for any liabilities incurred by the said Pearson Administrator (if any have occurred) shall still remain as before to the time of receiving such receipt, from the Judge of Probate as aforesaid and no longer
