Be it enacted by the people of the State of Illinois represented in the General Assembly, That the County road leading from Carlinville in Macoupin County to a state road established by an act entitled “An act to establish a state road from Jacksonville to Carlinville,” approved March 2nd 1833, be and the same is hereby declared a state road, and shall be opened sixty feet wide, and kept in repair, as other state roads are.
