Be it enacted by the People of the state of Illinois represented in the General Assembly; That John Reese and John Furguson their heirs and assigns be and they are hereby authorized to build and continue a Mill dam across Robinson’s Creek in Shelby County, on the west half of the north west quarter of section thirty five, Township eleven north of the base line, Range number three east of the third principal meridian, eight feet high above ordinary low water mark.
This act to be in force from and after its passage
