Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois represented in the General Assembly; That the sale of all the school lands, which have been laid out into town lots and sold by the school commissioner of Pike county, be and the same is hereby legalized, and the sale thereof declared valid; and said school commissioner is hereby authorized to sell at public sale any lot or lots which may have reverted to the township or townships, by the nonperformance of the purchasers thereof.
This act to take effect from and after its passage.
