An act to legalize writs and processes in the circuit courts of this state
Sec[Section] 1 Be it enacted by the people of the state of Illinois represented in the General assembly; That all writs and processes of whatever kind or description issued by any of the
Clerks of the Circuit Courts of this state prior to the passage of this act and bearing teste in the name of the presiding Judge shall be and the same are hereby declared to be
good and valid in law in respect to such teste and no writs or processes shall be quashed[,] set aside or held to be null and void for any such cause.
This act to take effect and be in force from and after its passage
