AN ACT to repeal an act in relation to Schools in township thirty-nine North, range
fourteen East.
1Act repealed.
Sec.[Section] 1. Be it enacted by the people of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly, That an act relating to schools in township thirty-nine north, and range fourteen
east, is hereby repealed. This act to take effect from and after its passage.

1Peter Pruyne introduced SB 14 in the Senate on July 13, 1837. The Senate passed the bill on July 15. The House of Representatives concurred on July 17. On July 20, the Council of Revision approved the bill and the act became law.
