Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois represented in the General Assembly; That so much of the act to which this is an amendment as authorizes three of the
Board of commissioners of Public Works to form a quorum of said board to do business
be and the Same is hereby repealed and hereafter no less than five ^4^ shall be requisite to constitute a quorum
Sec 2 The bonds to be executed by the several commissioners, under the act to which
this is an amendment, shall be approved of, as to the Sufficiency of the securities,
tendered, by the Governor and Auditor of Public Accounts or either of them and when
So approved shall be filed in the office of the secretary of state.
