The Committee on the Post office and Post Roads to whom was referred Senate Bill no 83 for the relief of J F Caldwell, 'report' that they have had the same under consideration and have adopted as theirs ^a^ report made in this case in June 1838 by ^the^ committee of the House to whom this subject had been referred. The said report very fully sets forth all the material facts of the case, and concurring in its conclusions the Committee recommend the passage of the Bill
