. . .shall designate until suitable arrangements are made at the county seat and the said
county county commissioners shall cause public buildings to be erected without unnecessary delay.
sec[section] 6. The county officers elected under the provisions of this act shall hold their
[respective offices] until the next general election for such officers respectively, and until their successors
are elected and qualified. This act to be in force from and after its passage.
