Sec.[Section] 1. Be it enacted by the people of [the state of] Illinois represented in the General Assembly That Thomas Bishop administrator of [Henry M Shaw?] deceased, be and he is hereby [?] to make execute and deliver [?] as may be called for and dis[?] bond signed by the said Shaw[?] authorized Attorney, in fact for [?] said Shaw in his lifetime, to the holder of [?] bond, upon the payment by him of such [?] sums of money as may be due from the [?] the bond to the said shaw, or his [?] money for the same; which deed [so executed?] be good and sufficient in law to [?] right and title which the said [?] at the time of his death, had [?] or lots described in such bond [?]

Sec 2. The name of the town of [Florence in the?] County of White shall be and it is [hereby changed?] and said town shall hereafter be called and known in Law as “Grayville” and [?] as the plat of the town of Flo[rence] [?] as an addition to the original town [?] and called “the river addition to [?] And all writings and convey[ances] [?] or parts of lots as situated [in the?] [?] the town of Grayville shall be [?] as referring to the recorded plat of the [?] of Florence.
