Section 1. Be it Enacted by the People of the State of Illinois Represented in the General Assembly that Justices of the peace to whom the Docketts[dockets] and papers, of other Justices have been or may hereafter be transfered[transferred] or delivered, because of the resignation, removal, death, or expiration of the term of service, of the Justice whose dockett and papers have been or may be transfered as aforesaid; shall be authorized to issue Executions upon all Judgments remaining unsatisfied upon such docketts and proceed in the collection of thereof, as though such Judgments had been rendered by the Justice having possession of such Dockett and papers.
