Sec.[Section] 1. Be it enacted by the people of the State Represented in the General Assembly. That So much of the ninth Section of the act entitled “An act concerning judgment^s^ and Execution^s^” approved January 17th 1825” Which requires that the property levied upon by virtue of an Executi[on] Shall be valued or appraised. Be, and the Same is hereby Repealed.
