AN ACT to legalize the sub-division of block thirty, in the school section addition
to the town of Chicago.

Sec.[Section] 1. Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly, That the survey and plat of the sub-division of block number thirty, in the school
section addition to the town of Chicago, in the county of Cook, as made and recorded at the instance of Russell E. Heacock, be vacated and set aside; and that the sub-division of said block, as made and recorded
at the instance of Francis G. Blanchard, be, and the same is hereby, declared to be the legal and proper sub-division of the same.

This bill having remained with the Council of Revision ten days, and the General Assembly being in session, it has become a law, this 2d March, 1839.
A. P. FIELD, Secretary of State.1On January 18, 1839, Ebenezer Peck introduced SB 104 in the Senate. On January 25, the Senate passed the bill without amendment, and referred it to the House. On February 13, the House passed the bill without amendment. On March 2, theCouncil of Revision approved the bill, and the act became law.
