Sec[Section] 1st Be it enacted by the people of the State of Illinois represented in the General Assembly,
That so much of those alleys in the Town of Tremont in Tazewell Co, as lies between lots numbered one, two, three eight nine and ten in block numbered
four, and lots numbered one, two, three eight, nine and ten, in block numbered nine,
be and the same is hereby vacated
Sec 2nd. That this act shall be deemed a public act and be in force from and after its passage.
