Sec[Section]. 1. Be it enacted by the people of the State of Illinois, Represented in the General Assembly, That Vesty, Adeline, Martin of Shelby County in this State is hereby rendered free and capable in law of doing and performing every, and all acts: which would be competant for persons of full age to do and perform, and all such acts Shall possess the Same validity, force and effect as if the Said Vesty Adeline Martin was of legal and mature age. This to take effect from and after its passage.
