Sec[Section]. 1 Be it enacted by the people of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly, That the county Commissioners of the county of Lawrence be, and they are hereby authorized and required to expend the sum of three hundred dollars heretofore appropriated to said county, by “an act entitled an act relating to the Gallatin Saline and the lands belonging to the same,” approved January 16, 1836, in the improvement or construction of roads and bridges in said county, any law to the contrary notwithstanding.
