A Bill For an Act to authorise Thomas J Little and Philo M Knapp to enclose certain Streets and Alleys in the Town of Canton

Sec[Section] 1 Be it Enacted by the People of the state of Illinois Represented in the General Assembly, That Thomas J Little and Philo M Knapp are hereby authorised to enclose all all the streets and alleys in Little’s Addition2 to the Town of Canton, West of Washington street and north of state street, Except Main street and state street; for five years from the the passage of this act: Provided all persons owning lots in the above named addition shall first give their consent in writing and acknowledge the same before some Justice of the peace in and for the county of Fulton and the same be recorded in the Recorders office in said county, Provided further That no rights that any person or persens may have in the above named addition shall be injured in any way by the operation of this act3
