Sec[Section] 1 Be it enacted by the people of the State of Illinois represented in the General Assembly That so much of the act entitled an act to amend the several acts in relation to common Schools as requires two thirds of the votes to be in favour of becoming incorporated is hereby repealed and hereafter it shall only be necessary for a majority of the legal voters of any Township in this State to vote for becoming incorporated to entitle them to all the provisions of the act to which this is an amendment
This act to take effect and be in force from and after its passage
