Sec[Section] 1 Be it enacted by the people of the State of Illinois represented in the General Assembly That the period of three years allowed to the Trustees of Knox manuel labour College by the ninth section of the act to which this is an ammendment for holding donations[,] grants[,] or divises in lands, be and the same is hereby extended to seven years in addition to the aforesaid period of three years any thing in said section to the contrary notwithstanding
