Sec[Section] 1 Be it enacted by the people of the State of Illinois represented in the General Assembly, That the auditor of Public accounts is hereby authorised and required to issue his warrant on the Treasurer in favour of William Howell of Calhoon County for One hundred and nine dollars and fifty cents, which shall be in full for his services and expences in going to Masouri and apprehending and bringing to Pike County Illinois a fugitive from Justice
