Sec[Section] 1 Be it enacted by the people of the State of Illinois, Represented in the General Assembly, That the county Commissioners’ Court of the county of Kane shall commence on the second Monday of June and on the third Monday of September in each—and every year hereafter, and continue for six days unless the business be sooner done, instead of the first Monday of said months as provided in the act hereby amended.
Sec 2 This act to take effect from and after its passage.
