Sec[Section] 1 Be it enacted by the people of the State of Illinois, Represented in the General Assembly, That the act entitled “an act to revive an act to locate a state road from Thornton to Lockport, Plainfield and Black^ber^ry Creek,” approved February [?] a[?] approved February 16, 1839, be revived, and that, time named in the said ^act^ for the performance of the duties therein named, be continued and extended until the first day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty.
