Sec.[Section] 1. Be it enacted by the people of the State of Illinois represented in the General Assembly, That no person shall be entitled to the benefit of any lien under the provisions of the above entitled act, as against a purchaser, morgagee or judgment creditor, except from the date of recording in the recorders office of the county in which the estate is situated, the contract under which the lien is claimed to have been created.
