AN ACT to extend the time for the location of State Roads.

Time to locate roads extended to December 7th, 1840
Sec.[Section] 1. Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly, That Commissioners appointed to locate State Roads by any law of the last session of the Legislature of this State, and who have failed to perform said duties, are hereby authorized to perform the same at any time previous to the first Monday in December next.
