A Bill for an act to provid for the Paying the Expenses of Roads to be located by Authority of the county Commissioners
Court.
Sect.[Section] 1. Be it Enacted by the people of the State of Illinois represented in the General Assembly, That hereafter the Petitioners praying for a
county of a State the location or Relocation of a county Road shall each pay an equal part proportion of the expense of location or relocation of said Road should the prayer
or the petitioners be granted. Which Expense shall be collected by the clrk of the county commissioners court in the same manner that bill of costs are collected by the clrk of circuit ourts of this state
