Resolved:
That the Committee on ^the^ Post Offices and Post Roads be instructed to enquire into the expediency of authorizing by Law Post Masters to receive subscriptions for Newspapers, Periodicals1 &c. and to transmitt the same through the General Post office to the Publishers and that said committee have leave to report by Bill or otherwise.
