Resolved that the Committee on Post Offices and Post Roads be instructed to inquire into and report to what extent and in what respects the franking privilege of the officers and members of this House has been restricted by recent decisions of the Post Master General or any of his assistants or deputies and whether any and if so what further legislation is necessary to give effect to existing laws upon that subject
