Dear Sir
I enclose this petition to you for an Extension of the western Mail Rout from Pittsburgh through Wooster Mansfield to Carey going directly through the Different Counties in this Northwest part of Ohio, from East to West which makes it one of the most important routs asked for during the present session in this part of the State, as you are perfectly familiar with every part of ower country I hope you will be able to prevail on the Hon Post office Committee to extend the rout triweakly from Bucyrus to Findley.
Als I hope the Committee will see the great necessity of a Daily rout from Columbus to Lowersandusky, through Delaware, Maria, Uppersandusky Tiffin to Lower Sandusky.
I am Sir with much respect your obt Svt.Joseph M CutchenHon R DickesonH. R. Washington City D.
